Kalea was out running around Iwa for well just a good run about things. She felt like it would clear her mind and ease her soul about things, of course she had an anger problem so not much helped in that area. She hadn’t changed much since she was in her teenage years as she was still a spunky little ninja. Ok well not little she was more grown then she was then and well had finally settled down with someone she loved. Her life was going pretty for the most part she had figured out something early on in life that made her at least somewhat entertaining at that moment. Kal ran to the cliffs as it was a daily part of her routine and ran back through the market. She learned how to dodge people when she did her morning run, and it wasn’t something that people were all to out when the sun was just rising. She stopped at the edge of the village to stretch a bit and to end her run. When she ran she was in her pair of sweat pants and a long sleeve shirt on to keep her body pretty warm and the muscles warm. The kunoichi found a spot to sit down and relax a bit before she would return to check on the orphanage and make sure the kids they were alright and doing well. She pulled out a little piece of bread taking a small bit.

--- It'd been a few good months since she lasted visited Iwagakure. She hadn't been back after her mother Inoue's death which had devastated her mother Evalia. The two had been so close Evalis had to been broken inside yet she remained strong on the outside and she knew it was because of her. She wanted to be there for Yorichu no matter what and she was thankful for that. She'd gone to see her mother finally which really seemed to cheer her up. She hated to leave her home alone and pondered having her come live with her so she could watch over her and care for her. She'd ponder on it while she walked around and explore the village to see what had changed before doing a little shopping before returning home to see her mother again since she planned to stay with her a few more days. Not much had changed since she moved away aside from the hate talk of Sasuke Uchiha and the Leaf's Hokage for taking him in after all he had done. Honestly she kind of agreed with them she wasn't sure what that idiot hokage was thinking taking the Uchiha male back in. She'd shake her head a little not really wanting to get worked up over it. She'd realize she'd spaced out and had wandered towards the edge of the village where she found a woman in sweats sitting. She couldn't help but feel she recognized her from somewhere but where she wasn't sure. Possibly from her experimenting days on her quest to discover her sexuality. "Sorry didn't mind to intrude or anything. Feel like we've met before. Name's Yorichu Shikato. I was pretty well known around her as the Purple Beast." She spoke up now rubbing the back of her neck now. The more she looked at her she felt she knew her it was possible they'd been friends before maybe dated but she couldn't be sure without a name.

Kalea sat back in the bench curious to see that it was perfect morning and no one was around. She closed her figuring the run had taken a lot out of her anymore. She was sure her body was telling her she needed to run more than once every few weeks. She crossed her legs and sat there with her eyes closed not really meditating but just enjoying the scenery of things and how life was going for her. She smiled a little and opened her eyes having that moment of she thought of. A woman she thought she knew from somewhere was walking towards her. She was thinking back as far as she could trying to think of people who she had met. She could pin her to right around her teenage years but she thought maybe she was a fling or friends before that it was hard to tell. Then this woman spoke giving her name as she seemed to have the same thoughts as what she did to. She thought about it the name was familiar like she knew who she was. “Oh no you’re not interrupting me at all I wasn’t doing anything. You do look familiar and the name I remember from somewhere.” Kal started out trying to figure out everything. “I am Kalea Skye I am known around here as the fox ninja.” She added introducing herself. It finally came to her where she knew her from, well where she thought at least. She wanted to make sure her memory served her right with this woman was a friend and a fling. “I think I remember you, like we were friends and experimented?” She questioned herself.

Yorichu would admit it was a nice day for a good run around. She was all about a good workout keeping fit and in shape. She could remember a good many days running around feeling the burning sensation in her legs. She'd get up bright and early when the streets were mostly abandoned and just let her feet guide her wherever they chose to take her. Those had been the days she missed the most but that was part of growing up treasuring the memories of the past as one ran towards the future to make even better ones. She could feel the woman's eyes roaming her face and body a curious glance. Yorichu could her look she seemed to have an understanding of who she was but like her she couldn't quite place it though she too seemed to have a general idea. "Yeah I could say the same thing about you." Yorichu replied quickly scratching the back of her head a little now hearing the woman give her name out. Then it hit her she remembered where she knew Skye from. She'd been about fifteen at the time and just begun her lotus training. Skye had been fuming over some argument with her parents. She'd asked her out on a date and the girl had reluctantly said yes. After a few dates they'd had their first time together but Skye just hadn't felt anything so they broke up and remained friends not long after she'd started dating some guy. "Yeah I remember you now Skye. We dated for like a month or so before breaking up. We had a fling once but you didn't feel anything so we just became friends instead." She replied nodding her head in understanding. She hadn't been mad and to be honest Skye just didn't fit her in that way so she had agreed to be friends. Yorichu would smile and nod moving to sit next to Skye now leaning back into the bench now.

Kalea smiled a little as she enjoy some company on this amazing day. She stretched a little as she sat there. Awhile ago before life seemed to get hectic around and everything she would run every day. She was now just getting back into it again and her muscles knew it. It was starting to come back to her about Yorichu. Kal knew she had dated her for a month and she broke up with her. It was a relationship that just didn't feel right for each other. She felt that her and Yorichu were better off as friends versus being together in something deeper. When the other women spoke about remembering her she smiled a little and nodded. "I remember you now. That is right we did have a fling." Kalea started out. She thought about it and it had been so long ago that the two dated and were friend "Its been a long time what have you been up to?" She asked curious to see what she had been up to.

"You'd be right and if I remember you dumped me for a guy named Holland." She replied smiling sheepishly arms crossed against her chest now. She'd seen that look in Skye's eyes. She was in love with the guy. She couldn't see why herself. Nothing against men but Holland was rather cold shouldered at times and a little socially awkward. Still as her friend she wanted Skye to be happy and pushed her to pursue what her heart wanted giving her advice along the way. "Got married and settled down had a child with my wife Kallen. She's gone now thought missing no one knows where she is whether she is alive or not." She replied rubbing the back of her neck a little. She was beginning to lose hope she'd be found or ever return it'd almost been a month now. Looking at Skye it felt like when she'd lost Holland how he went missing and was presumed dead without proper proof. "They're thinking of making me Kusakage in her stead but I don't know if that's for me or not yet." She'd never been in a leadership until becoming head of Kusagakure's ANBU. She seemed to do pretty well and everyone seemed to agree she was a perfect successor to Kallen should she perish. Whether she'd died or not someone had to step up while she was missing in action and presumed dead. They needed someone to lead them and Yorichu hated the thought of letting them down they needed her and it would dishonor Kallen's memory if she did so she might accept she just needed a few more days to think it over.

Kalea smiled a little remembering Holland her first love and the guy she thought she could have a future with. Well she would have had a future with him excluding the fact on a mission he had gone missing and was presumed dead. "Yeah I remember that. I still feel a bit bad about it. But you were really a great friend." She said with a smile as she knew the other female had been there for her in the odd parts of her relationship when she was seeking advice and such. It was a lot for her to go through as she had been on the dating scene for a small amount of time before meeting Holland. She always said he stole her heart away from her. Granted that she was still in love with him but she had buried the feelings and thoughts of him away. As Yorichu spoke about what was going on in her life up till this point she frowned a little knowing the pain she was going through. It was the same pain she was going through at this point with her husband missing. "Awe well children are always the best! Congrats on getting married and having them. I am also sorry to hear about your wife, it seems to be the going thing though. My husband disappeared as well right around a month ago. I know the pain all too well though." She said softly. It wasn't the normal cheerfulness she had. She understood how it was hard to go through losing someone you love. She had been through it twice now plus losing her mother who was confirmed dead. Kal knew that Yorichu was strong and had a good sense about her so it was putting fate into her hands. As she spoke again about them making her the Kusakage and Kalea could see it being a good position for her. It was the fact though she understood that it was a position that came with a great amount of responsibility. "I can see you being the Kusakage it would be something that you have a lot of potential for i think. Of course its always up to you."She said with a smile. She understood leadership wasn't always for everyone and usually people found out the hard way. This female knew that she was going to try and do the whole intel commander she had been helping out as much as she could with the absence of lekial and it was going pretty alright for her she knew the paperwork from seeing it so much. Alright so she may have butchered it greatly. She wanted to give all the support she could to Yorichu as she was a friend still even if they didn't live in the same village again.

"Ah well don't worry about it I got over it so all is forgiven and in the past. Besides Holland was always a better match for you than I ever was." She'd never really held a grudge over it. Her and Holland just connected better brought out the best in each other. She'd been happy for them that's why she supported her like she had Skye had been more to her she'd been like a sister to her. She could've seen the two living happily ever after together raising a family together knowing that's what Skye wanted but fate had other plans it seemed. Holland had gone missing and the overbearing stress getting to Skye had led to her miscarriage. She'd lost so much and yet even now she was strong always moving forward always optimistic it seemed. "Chelsea is quite precious to me indeed and thanks maybe next time I visit you can meet her." She couldn't help but feel bad for giving up on Kallen. She'd loved the woman once but now she wasn't so sure what she felt for anymore. She'd always been so strong before but now she just felt a little lost and broken unsure what to do with herself and her daughter. "Everyone seems to agree with you so I might consider it." She replied crossing her arms against her chest now. "So what have you been up to lately other than getting married and your husband going missing." She would ask looking to Skye now. It was a little comforting to know the woman could relate to her pain better than anyone else could. She'd lost so much and remained strong she only hoped she could regain such strength herself but how could she do that unless she moved on and maybe it was time she did seek out another for companionship to find the love she missed and craved so much.
