Dashe could be found out under the shade of a tree in forest near the Konoha gates. The Elders had been running him rugged with paperwork again. Usually he had an assistant for that before Kikyo had stolen the girl away to help with her wedding plans. Hard to believe he was actually engaged to her now not so long ago they'd gone out on their first date which he felt had gone well enough but after a night at her place he figured she'd blow him off too but she hadn't. They agreed to see each other again soon as she came back to the village again. They'd have dates every chance they got and soon enough war broke out. He was glad you find she was alright though the loss of her two teammates hit him hard though not as hard as it did her but he could relate he'd watch his father and one of his older sisters perish in battle. Life seemed so short and fleeting so he'd been bold and done it taking her by the hands and asking her to marry him she'd yes and well a few renovations to the house later here they were close to getting married.
Catching a break finally he'd figured he'd nap a little before getting some training in. He'd never really fought his Fiancee before so he was curious about that. Maybe after some lunch together he'd ask her for a friendly spar at the training grounds. He'd smile she'd come looking for him soon enough probably to get onto him about skimping clan duties again or probably more details about her wedding plans or maybe just lunch. He'd close his eyes with a smile now hands clasped together behind his head now as he slipped into his imperfect tiger sage mode stripes appearing on his cheeks, arms, and legs his eyes becoming cat-like a good means for sensing his surroundings while he slept no one would get the drop on him then.

Kikyo brushed off her brow with the side of her kimono sleeve as she paced herself in the organization of her future wedding plans. Day after day, she would find time for herself to work on the plans for that special day for her and her fiancée to take in, and after she found herself striking off tasks on her ‘to-do’ list mentally, she would sit herself down to go over her day planner (which were outlined on different pieces of parchment), and recoordinate herself if needed. She had gotten the minute tasks taken care of, but she still was battling different negotiations and delegations – she needed to take care of every single detail because that’s just how she was. If she wanted something for someone else even, or herself, it had to be on the verge of perfection. And of course, she wasn’t doing this just for herself, but for the same man that she fell in love with. Dashe wanted this just as much as she did, and even if he didn’t care of much of the attention, she wanted to make it more memorable and special if she could, and she was sure enough going to try. ”Here you go, Ms. Akoshi.” Dashe’s assistant was so sweet and big-hearted, just like Kikyo so she was very pleased and thankful for her assistance with the wedding plans. ”Thanks so much, Rika-san. Can you just write down the budget numbers for the florist and entertainment, leave them on my workstation, and that’ll be it.” Kikyo’s workstation was temporarily Dashe’s own study. She figured that it didn’t make sense to have one for herself with the new renovations to the Storm abode, so she would share her fiance’s if he wasn’t using it.
Kikyo was thankful that Dashe’s clan members were accepting of her as well, even despite her missing-nin status in the past. They were willing to help Kikyo and Dashe with the plans themselves, plus they were very warm and friendly to her. Never mind though that some of the males would stare at her... “top” at times, or a few might jokingly flirt with her – Kikyo was always subject to such attention because of her body, but she never bothered to act on it by slapping staring or flirtatious men. She merely accepted it, and only acted if it came down to physical intereferences. She spent a few more hours into the day working on her plans until it came for her to take a break. She stretched on the spot, and moved to her room for a quick shower. Upon her shower, she instantly thought of paying a visit to the popular hot springs spot not that far from Konoha. It might have called for a little travelling but that was always a plus for her! She popped out of the shower, gotten ready with her ninja gear, and proceeded out of the Clan headquarters heading for the Konoha gates after bading her new family-to-be farewell, and to let Dashe know where she was going when he returned.
Kikyo was out through the Konoha gates no longer than a single minute before she recognized a sleeping form shading under a large tree. What was a Clan Head like him doing here lazing around? She could imagine what the elders would say about it; they themselves were probably expecting Dashe back to file more paperwork. She smiled warmly and shook her head as she approached her lover quietly, soon picking up his familiar tiger stripes appearing tattooed on his skin as he slept. She smiled wittedly, and stood directly in front of him; kneeling down with her arms at the sides of her chest so that her chest would appear more squeezed and emphasized in front of him. Being so comfortable with Dashe had made Kikyo more teasing and promiscuous sometimes; something that she always really was, but it was just that her quiet side was prominent. It was true that “people do the most random things when they’re comfortable around you”.. or “it’s always the quiet ones.” Either way, there was Kikyo kneeling down waiting for Dashe to note that someone was there, but he probably wouldn’t sense what was directly in front of him until he saw.

Letting Kikyo handle all the wedding plans seemed like the best idea to him in the end. Women had always been better at planning when it came to things. Hell Shiva had practically planned out all of her wedding with Roronora as had Marianisa with Kuro. He had enough paperwork as it was he didn't need wedding plans on top of that so he asked Kikyo to handle it that didn't mean he wasn't involved though he gave plenty of input when asked to do so showing he was much committed to this whole deal as she was. He'd turned his office into his study after allowing Kikyo to use his actual study for her wedding planning center so to speak not that he minded he rarely used it as of late so it was going to be used good for once by his fiancee. He'd yawn a little scratching his nose a little now.
Missing-Nin. Quite the surprise that had been when he found out. He knew she had told him because she loved him and trusted him enough at the time. She seemed ready for him to reject her yet he hadn't. None of that mattered to him she was with him now. He was aware the guys in his clan had been oogling her a little but they knew better than to act on it. He was the clan head and they'd always respect his decisions and any woman he dated was off limits to them. He'd sensed her long before she saw him feeling her chakra signal advancing towards the village gates now. Then it changed course towards him. He resisted the urge to smile knowing she probably thought he was asleep. No sense in pretending too long he'd think as he opened his eyes now and blinked in surprise at the ample chest staring him in the face as Kikyo kneeled to get a better look at him now. "Such a tease you are my lovely goddess. To what do I owe the pleasure of your visit?" He'd ask with a smile on his face hands clasped together behind his head once more. No doubt a break from her planning again. She spent a good bit of her day lately on wedding planning only to break for meals or a little time with him.

Kikyo looked at Dashe’s sleeping form, and instantly thought about what her past was like before she met a man like him, and what her future could really be. Before, she preferred the loner’s path as she traversed, met people, had her fun and just moved on. She wasn’t a man-hater, or dumped the idea of love – she just preferred the life of a loner because it was a path she chose when she chose the path of the kunoichi, and used her clan’s practices more offensively than passively. She personally thought that her ancestors create her Style for both, but the originator was purely passive which was inevitable for the practices of future generations to do the same. Of course, there would be some people who thought differently and chose to act for them rather than on behalf of the clan. So, that was why Kikyo left, and loned on. She hasn’t built on many solid relationships, at least not as solid as when she met Raine Cypher and Katsuko. She felt like she belong to a cause again, and she could use her talents after all that time she spent learning, and building.
Her eyes closed thinking about them in that short space of time as Dashe slept, even when she last visited their graves leaving beautiful flowers there every time, and now she thought of the same man she knelt down in front of, and what he had done to make her life happy and complete. She felt safe again, just as Raine made her feel before. She opened her blue eyes, and smiled as Dashe returned a smile, and a witty comment to boot. He accepted her for what she was – even if her title was ugly, he listened to her story and accepted it. She giggled slightly as she raised herself up again, adjusting her top as the kneel-down made her chest a little more visible than normal. ”I was just thinking of travelling to the popular Hot Springs Village when I saw you sleeping here. Aren’t you suppose to be working on that task for the elders instead of lazing out here? Honestly....” She sometimes couldn’t believe how much Dashe enjoyed shirking out of his responsibilities sometimes. It didn’t really bother her much, but it did make her start to think. ”The elders aren’t straightening you out at all – maybe they could use some help,” she grinned at him innocently with her ever-innocent smile and expression.

He hadn't known Raine Cypher or Katsuko well or at all for that matter. All he knew was the stories Kikyo had told him of them after revealing she'd left her clan and gone rogue. Raine reminded him a lot of a female Sasuke Uchiha bent on revenge for so long only to find love holding otno it tight even after perishing. He wished he could've met them but from what he heard the two women had liked him because of how he made Kikyo happy. With their deaths he felt like he'd been entrusted to watch over Kikyo for them while they were away and he'd honor that. He loved Kikyo and he would never hurt her or allow any harm to come to her from someone else. She was to be his wife one day and it was his duty to support her through everything she did no matter what the cost that was just his new found dedication to her and his love for her. He'd smile still at her watching her stand again adjusting her top he chuckled softly being so physically gifted seemed like a curse sometimes not that he minded he thought she was just perfect the way she was now he wouldn't change a thing because then she just wouldn't be her he loved her personality faults and all her quirks combined.
"Oh? Sounds like a time place to relax for sure." He replied smiling sheepishly now. It seemed like she had planned to go alone most likely so he'd let her not wanting to ruin her fun. "I got plenty of time to work on that. Whether I do it now or later those old codgers wont be satisfied anyways." He could never please them they always said he either spent too little time on something or not enough. They sure loved Kikyo though and how she ran things when he allowed her to do it. "And here I thought you were on my side." He chuckled softly though the look was a little unnerving. It seemed so innocent which only meant she was up to no good for sure plotting something against him for slacking off today. He swallowed a little he knew prying would get nothing out of his wife-to-be she was a tough nut to crack when she wanted to be.

She adored his smile. Whenever Dashe smiled in front of Kikyo, she would just feel at ease, and comfortable overall. Not that she felt inadequate really in most situations, but it was just that she tended to feel like she was at home, or that she really belonged somewhere if Dashe should ever just smile at her, or hold her, talk to her. So, it was no wonder that whenever he smiled out of nervousness, or whatever the reason, she loved that he was in his life even if she couldn’t have Raine or Katsuko in hers. He closed her soft blue eyes, and smiled along at his comment to her travel. ”I would invite you, but no men allowed in the female’s rooms.” She then had to open her eyes to look at her husband-to-be all suspicious like and inquisitively. She knew that she heard him say that line before, just not directly to her. Kikyo would sometimes hear Dashe talk with his subordinates, or secretary that tries to remind him of his deadlines. It was good that she heard it before so she can combat against it.
”Honey, you know I love you whether you are lazy.” Perhaps there, he would argue about that statement, but she continued on to finish before he could retort. And this isn’t about sides; it’s about complementing you to bring the best out of you, just as I’m sure you’d do for me.” It was then that she gave a hum to herself as a thought hit her like a spin kick aimed for her. She looked down on Dashe again as her eyes darted off to the Village while in thought. ”Well since you’re either not lazy, or have enough time to get it down, how about helping me with the floral arrangements with the florist? The meeting’s in about another hour or so. She smiled at him with an eyebrow arched; honestly, she couldn’t wait to see how this would turn out.

He loved it when Kikyo smiled it really could brighten up any bad moment. There were days when clan duties were so stressful and busy that he just wanted to give up. Then she'd come visit giving him one of her smiles usually bringing him a snack of kind giving him encouragement to finish his work. Sometimes he wondered how he got so lucky ending up with her she truly was a beautiful person inside and out the phrase beauty being skin deep had been made for someone like her. "Well do enjoy yourself my dear you deserve a good pampering after all the work you've been doing lately." He replied nodding his head in agreement with his own comment. He saw no need to tag along she could go places by herself if she wanted to without him having to hold her hand. He didn't want to suffocate her by doing that if she wanted him to come she would've asked but he was glad he had informed her about it. He'd cross his arms behind his head looking up into her eyes now smiling as he listened to her.
"I know and I don't doubt your love one bit Kikyo. I understand you just want me to succeed and I would do anything to make sure you do as well."" He replied a serious expression on his face now. Then he'd push himself up against the tree standing up before he pushed off the tree standing in front of her now. "Sure I can do that. I might not like it as much as you do but marriage is about making sacrifices for each other. I'm just as committed to this as you are." He replied wrapping his arm around her shoulders now rubbing one of them gently now. Then he glanced around scratching the back of his head a little now. "So what you wanna do until the appointment? Could have a little lunch date to pass the time or a little training together?" In the past he would've suggested fooling around but now he was more mature. He was always suggesting fun little things to do lately.

Sometimes, seeing Dashe in his different lights were a surprise to Kikyo – how he could be so goofy and laid-back at some points while other times, he can be as serious and commanding as a Clan Head should be, or out on the battlefield. There were very few times she watched Dashe practise, or saw him in action for herself, but for those few times she did, she could say that she could never forget them. It was one of the things that she loved about him dearly because it would always make things interesting. She listened to him encourage her on her “spa day”, and about him not doubting or underestimating her love or appreciation. Honestly, when the man spoke, she could barely get out a word as she loved listening to the man speak. Kikyo was definitely smitten at this point, and she truly found love like no other she had come across before. Her relationship with Raine was special in its own way, and would always be in her heart, but Dashe reserved a more present place with her now.
She smiled at him, tossing some of her bright orange hair from her cheek at the same time. His serious expression gave her a feeling of security and shyness at the same time. No matter how comfortable she was with him, she couldn’t help but fight that feeling everytime, especially as he leaned in closer with his hands on her shoulders. To Kikyo’s slight surprise, he was even willing to join her with the floral arrangement meeting speaking words that any girl would love to hear.Sometimes, she would get lost in them – those of sweet and caring nature, along with the suggestive ones he made, asking what he wanted to do with her later before the hour was done. Now clearly, she wouldn’t be going to the spa anymore, or she could take her fiancee with her to relax. Still, that idea of Kikyo’s wouldn’t be going away just from everything that happened – perhaps taken back, and almost forgotten, but not completely. She kept on smiling with her hands now trailing up and down Dashe’s chest as she looked at him. ”How about we making the next hour interesting?” Her fingers slowly trailed up and down as she spoke.. ”You’re an absolute sweetheart, but I know you couldn’t stand that meeting by yourself. So how about we make a small bet. I realized that we’ve never seen each other in … battle action before. Must admit I’m curious, so how about we go with your training idea and have a bout?... in the next half hour, whoever admits defeat loses, and has to give in to the winner’s request. So, if I win, you’re gonna take care of the floral arrangements, the bridesgroom’s suits, meeting the justice of peace, and the catering.” She poked him on his sides as she leaned in while talking, and brushing past him teasingly as she said the final word. She could only wonder what his demands would be, and knowing Dashe, she could only imagine – it was hard to tell with the kind of man he was: sweet and gentle, or strong and commanding. She walked only a few steps from before looking back, smiling.

Dashe like to mix things up keep people guessing while acting laidback and goofy at times and at others serious and all about business. He knew when to be serious and when he didn't need to be. He was often surprised in the same regard pertaining to Kikyo. At times she could be perky and laidback and at others she was quite serious and determined he'd witnessed that side of her first during the war. She'd tried her hardest to kill the ones responsible for killing Katsuko and Raine. It'd only take reason and him holding her back to see how outmatched she was against one of them let alone two even he knew he stood no chance against that man bearing the Sharigan eyes. It showed him how much Kikyo had cared for Raine like family something that could never be replaced once lost also showing him how much he cared for her that was why he could never go back to his old ways he could never forgive himself if he hurt her after all that had been said and done up until now.
He'd smile sheepishly seeing how she seemed surprised. She'd probably expected him to blow something like that off after all what did guys care about flowers or girly things. Marriage was about making sacrifices and he'd made plenty of those since dating her. He'd agreed to wear nice formal and traditonal clothing for their wedding where before he'd hated the idea. If it would make her happier with him then he was willing to try it to ensure she got the dream wedding she wanted for the two of them. "Interesting is always good so I'm game for that dear." He replied smelling her hair a little before kissing her cheek softly. In sage mode her scent was always so much more alluring and intoxicating. He could smell things on a much deeper level much like dogs and wolves could something Roronora said only made him more of an Inuzuka to him and more of a blood brother to him.
"Well I'm not one to complain when it comes to doing things with you or for you but your probably right." He'd get bored listening to the two women drone on about different flowers and the symbolism they held. Flowers were flowers to him they looked pretty and women liked getting them why did he have to know boring details about what their colors symbolized. "Sure babe I'll take that bet and it's about time we spent time training together." He replied though he'd have to think of what he wanted if he won. He was used to training alone but most couples nowadays that were shinobi trained together Roronora did with Shiva and with Kuro his wife Maria did as well. It brought them closer together and he wanted that feeling with Kikyo too. Sure he'd seen her in action in the war but he hadn't fought anyone with her around so she'd never seen much of his skills like he had with hers.

Kikyo was not an easy woman to read. One look at her, and you may think that she was the most extrovert, confident woman you ever laid eyes on judging by how proudly she dresses with nothing to hide. Admittedly, it was her look that got her through the door in the first place. However, she was really sensitive and soft. She was not the most outspoken and active person, but that didn’t speak for her strong beliefs, determination and abilities. It was her look that really brought out the best in what she was able to do. Dashe was pretty much the same in terms of not being able to match his personality with his prowess. Maybe that was what brought them together as they both loved that factor about each other. She loved that she could be herself around him; honestly, she rarely had to show her spirit and determination through anything other than her duties and… recreation with him. She felt safe with her fiancee, so aside from the just described, there wasn’t much need to use her spirit. She felt like this with her family, and with her 2nd family that she found in Raine and Katsuko. There was no way in hell she woud let that go. She may have done things in her life that she regrets, or have done things she may not be proud of, but that didn’t mean she had to hold on to her past like that; with a future like the one she saw in Dashe’s eyes, she wouldn’t have any need to.
She let him kiss her cheek, and inhale her scent. Dashe’s sage mode was always curious. He reminded her of a tiger everytime, and she could only picture him as her protective beast that would not only look out for her well being, but could also very well rock her world. Yes, even a provocative mind was hidden behind Kikyo’s appearance, and soft personality. Maybe that was also a keeper in Dashe’s eyes. However, she merely looked at him as he considered her offer – she wouldn’t even act on Dashe’s subtle signs of interest. Finally, he agreed and she smiled. ”Maybe if you win, I’ll let you rock my world in the hot springs” she whispered with her index finger stroking his cheek as she instantly performed a Body Flicker, already heading for the nearby Storm battlegrounds. As she landed, she tied her bright orange hair in a ponytail, and adjusted her top properly. Things had to be tightened if she was going to be active.

Dashe had come to learn not to judge a book by it's cover. Roronora and Dashe were prime examples of this principle. While the guy did initially seemed a jokester and immature he was anything but that. He could be quite serious and mature when he wanted to be standing up for his clan and his convictions same as Dashe who often seemed laidback and not serious enough but when he needed to be he stood his ground and defended that which was most precious to him. Everyone was like a coin there was two sides to them one they hid more that the other but it was still there surfacing time from time. That was why he felt he connected so well with Kikyo he could be himself around her no need to hide or pretend he was someone else just to please them as she did the same with him. He knew she still held onto memories of Raine and Katsuko probably always would but she wasn't the type to let that hold her back when she had found happiness with him he knew she'd press on towards that happiness even more. He wanted to give her that family she sought to have and once they were married he would. He'd always held onto the memory of Aeris his first love even now but he knew she'd want him to be happy and do this with Kikyo and so he would finally be able to let go of her and truly move on he could see her smiling at that wishing him luck and much happiness.
Dashe had a minor obsession with tigers that much could be seen. Roronora had always joked he was a tiger incarnate and that being a Tiger Sage only brought that out more in him. He'd been so thrilled to meet his old sensei a master of the Tiger Sage Arts. Someday he hoped to have a son of his own to pass the arts onto along with his clan techniques. He'd never used sage mode on Kikyo but if he did well she wouldn't be getting much sleep that night. He smiled sheepishly such a provocative and vulgar mind she could have sometimes he really liked that about her. "Well with a reward like that how can I afford to lose." He replied smiling sheepishly still he wasn't totally selfish if he won he'd still do all those things to make her happier. Then she was off and he wasn't far behind as he arrived himself still in tiger sage mode but for now he'd reserve it as the marks disappeared he'd summon his Raiken with a scroll and slammed it into the ground before tossing his jacket leaving him in a black tank top and his pants his gauntlets left at home. Then he dropped some weights from his legs wanting speed for this fight. "Ladies first." He said gesturing for her to come at him now when she was ready.

Kikyo bent down to straighten, tighten and lightly dust off the boots on her kunochi footwear – small heels at the base was Kikyo’s style and preference. She had made them work practically thus far. Soon, she followed up with starting to take off her cloak which she sported for the travel to the Hot Springs Village if Dashe didn’t get in her path to some extent; however, she didn’t mind at all. This next hour or so to kill would prove to be interesting. Believe it or not, the couple have never fought side by side together before – not even much during the one-year war as they were deployed to different units. Kikyo lent both her battle, and medic skills on that battlefield. So the thought of fighting Dashe today was very interesting, as it would be for him to see her in action as it was for her, as Dashe never got a taste of what she could really do, or what her clan was capabe of. Of course, that would be said for her as well. Even now, she had a taste of seeing Dashe’s Tiger Sage Mode, but there was a lot more to just pretty stripes, and heightened scent. All of the thoughts just made the kunoichi smile as she took off her cloak, just as Dashe joined her on the battlefield. He also started to strip down some as she did. ”I’m not stripping for you, you know…” she joked as she turned her back to tighten her top, and get better grips before something embarrassing pops up.. or out really.
Kikyo breathed in, and out calmly; calming herself, and preparing herself both physically and internally; Kikyo was a master thus far at chakra control. It was the key to all she did; battling, tapping into her Kekkei Genkai, and her medical ninjutsu. She peeked back to see her fiance prepping himself as well, but his Tiger Sage Mode dissipated – so he wanted to start from the beginning as well. He called out his gentleman-like offer which only made Kikyo smirk as she turned back around on the spot. She instantly thought that she should play with her meal before she could enjoy it. With that thought, she smiled with blue eyes closed. Soon enough, she sprang into action as she ran forward , making a couple hand signs, took out shuriken from her pack, and threw them. The Rotating Shurken Jutsu swarmed like hornets as they approached their target coming from all directions; however, Kikyo also threw senbon needles practically invisible to both eye and ear as they silently sailed among the moving shuriken for the same target. Kikyo’s needles were especially custom for her taste as they were coated with a special poison of hers which merely paralyzes briefly.
